Nao Now Refund Policy Policies for Students and Parents
Nao Now provides refunds in accordance with applicable Korean consumer protection laws, including Article 18 of the Enforcement Decree of the Private Teaching Institutes Act. This policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for students and parents.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after approval of a valid request.
Special Circumstances
If classes are canceled due to company-side issues (e.g., mentor cancellation, system failure), a full refund for any unused portion will be provided.
Package Usage Guide
- The validity period of the package begins from the date of the first lesson.
- The package can be used for up to one year from the date of purchase.
- Any remaining lessons will automatically expire at the earlier of (i) the end date of the validity period or (ii) one year from the purchase date. Please make sure to use all lessons within the valid period.
Payment Amount and Base Price Information
- The refund/deduction base amount for packages and classes is calculated based on the original list price before any discounts are applied.
- Additional discounts from coupons, promotions, events, etc. are excluded from the refund amount, and classes already used will be deducted from the list price.
Information on Cases Where Refunds Are Not Eligible
- The failure of a mentor for a trial class to be assigned during regular class hours will not be considered grounds for a refund.
- If class disruptions occur due to user-side technical issues (such as internet connection, device performance, or software setup), refunds may be limited. However, Nao Now may provide reasonable support or alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds may be limited if the class cannot be conducted due to incorrect contact information or failure to respond after reasonable attempts by Nao Now to contact the user.
Refunds will not be provided solely based on subjective dissatisfaction where the service has been delivered in accordance with the described curriculum and standards. However, Nao Now will review all concerns in good faith.
