We tried all kinds of ways to help our child study, but my kid absolutely refused to go to another academy. And as for workbooks? They just piled up without being used! During the small talk at the start of each class,  my child gets to introduce favorite things like dolls or snacks,  and naturally picks up English expressions along the way. The teachers really listen to what the child wants, and they always tailor the lesson perfectly to match their interests and needs.

The bond with the mentor is 80% of the experience.
Especially for younger children and early elementary students, if they like the teacher, they end up liking English too.
My child’s mentor adjusts the lesson when my child isn’t feeling well, sometimes reducing the lesson intensity and switching to games or videos more flexibly. Even when the conversation goes off-topic, the mentor always responds warmly and keeps the dialogue flowing naturally.
My 7-year-old has become best friends with the mentor, and even my 5-year-old, who watches from the side, says, “I want to do it too!” That’s how much they love it. We’ve even promised to let the younger one start when they turn seven, just like their older sibling.

We had tried other well-known platforms, but many lacked quality teachers or suffered from poor connection issues. The classes also felt too childish for our 10-year-old, which made it hard to stay engaged. Nao Now stood out for having native English-speaking teachers from North America, so we decided to give it a try — and it turned out to be the most enjoyable class experience so far. The teacher was professional, the class was smooth, and my child had a great time. We're very satisfied with the quality and level of the lessons.
